Little Angels began as a home daycare in June of 1993. Miss Jay built a strong reputation based on her commitment to provide warm and loving environment for each child in her care. Our goal is to maintain that “family atmosphere” in a larger and more diverse setting.
As a parent, you trust us with your most precious treasures in the world, your children. That is an awesome responsibility for each of us at Little Angels. It is important that we earn that trust every day. That trust is earned by keeping your children safe, interacting with them in a warm and loving manner, and assisting them with their development.
Below there is a famous poem that reflects much of our philosophy.
“One hundred years it will not matter how much money I had, what kind of house I lived in, or what kind of car I drove...what will matter is the effect I had on the life of a child.”
Not all children have the perfect home life. All too often, there are problems at home, which are hard for the children to deal with. They may act out in ways that are difficult for everyone around them. It is often these children that need us the most. This Center may be the only place where they feel truly safe and secure and receive unconditional love. When you reach those children and evoke a positive change in their life that is what our job is all about.
We do all we can to make people from all backgrounds feel welcomed in our center. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, ethnic background, or sexual orientation. In order to make the parents and children feel welcome, we will accommodate all reasonable requests such as special diets or other special needs.
